[Read full story] | | Rulings from the three-ring circuit While reading the decision on the California recall election one of the judges had a slip of the tongue and referred to his court as the “Ninth Circus Court of Appeals.” If you’ve been keeping up with the whole mess you’ll recognize the humor in that statement. First of all this was the same court that ruled that “God” had to be deleted from the Pledge of Allegiance.
