Edmond’s Water Conservation Plan was adopted by the City Council last summer as a proactive means of conserving and managing the city’s water use during the peak use season, according to city officials. This is the first summer that the city has moved to Level Two of the four-level plan, which makes following the watering schedule mandatory for all residences and businesses in the city. The following times for watering lawns and washing cars are based on the last number in a residential or business address:
n Addresses ending in 0 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday.
n Addresses ending in 1 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Thursday and Sunday.
n Addresses ending in 2 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Friday and Sunday.
n Addresses ending in 3 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Monday and Saturday.
n Addresses ending in 4 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Tuesday and Saturday.
n Addresses ending in 5 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Friday and Sunday.
n Addresses ending in 6 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Thursday and Sunday.
n Addresses ending in 7 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday.
n Addresses ending in 8 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Tuesday and Sunday.
n Addresses ending in 9 may water from 12:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Monday and Saturday.
